PLAN
Calendar
Schedule every asset, caption, channel, and handoff in one production view.
VISUAL CONTENT ENGINE / GRID.SYS
Plan, preview, and review social content in dedicated Calendars, so every production stays focused, secure, and unmistakably its own.
“Use the 9:16 cut and tighten the opening.”
Built for the work behind the feed.
BUILT FOR PARALLEL WORK
A show is not a client. A launch is not a season. Grid 30 keeps posts, media, team access, review, and connected accounts within the Calendar where the work belongs.
12 posts · 3 collaborators
24 posts · 6 collaborators
↔ No cross-connections. No mixed review queues. No context collapse.
ONE OPERATING RHYTHM
A focused workflow for the real work between the brief and the feed.
PLAN
Schedule every asset, caption, channel, and handoff in one production view.
PREVIEW
See planned content in the visual context of the feed it is built for.
REVIEW
Keep decisions, requested changes, and approvals attached to the post.
CONNECT
Manage each Calendar’s channel connections independently and intentionally.
MEASURE
See review and delivery status for the selected Calendar.
FEEDBACK THAT STAYS PUT
Editors revise the original post after internal feedback. When client review is enabled for a Calendar, Clients can approve content presented for their review or request changes with a comment. Viewers can read permitted content without changing it.
THE WORK
BEHIND
THE FEED.
Use the 9:16 cut and tighten the opening line.
CHANNEL PREVIEW
Compare planned posts against verified live content where a connection is available, while keeping every other channel clearly labeled by its current capability.
Instagram live-content viewing is available through a securely connected Calendar account. Preview labels do not imply direct publishing.
CONNECTIONS / SECURITY
Connections are Calendar-specific, role-aware, and handled through secure server-side flows. Teams can see connection state and use reconnection controls without sharing account credentials.
Posts, media, members, and channel state stay tied to the Calendar where the work belongs.
Owners and Managers administer the Calendar, Editors work on content, Clients make scoped review decisions, and Viewers have read-only access.
Connected, attention-needed, and available states make account health legible to the team.
MEASURE THE WORK
Workflow Analytics summarizes real post and review states for the selected Calendar. Channel performance metrics are not currently included.
