GRID 30 / TERMS

Terms of Use

These terms apply to Grid 30, a free social-content planning and review service presented and operated by KR38 Creative LLC.

Agreement and service

By accessing or using Grid 30, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Grid 30 currently follows a free product model and is free to use.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only Calendars you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access. Calendar roles and permissions limit what members may do, but you should invite only people you intend to access that Calendar.

Social-account connections

Connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. You must comply with Meta and other platform terms and keep any required permissions in good standing. Where Calendar-scoped disconnect controls are available, disconnecting stops future Grid 30 use of that connection; the platform may separately retain or process information under its own rules. Contact support if a connection must be removed and no disconnect control is available.

Your content and rights

You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate Grid 30. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for content, images, marks, music, personal information, and any other material you upload, schedule, or submit for publication.

You authorize Grid 30 to store, display, transform for previews, and otherwise process your content as needed to provide the features you request. Grid 30 does not claim ownership of your content.

Planning, review, and publishing

Grid 30 supports Calendar planning and review workflows, including drafts, review submissions, approvals, and change requests. An approval in Grid 30 represents a workflow decision; it does not itself grant you rights to the content or guarantee a third-party platform will accept it.

Automatic publishing is not active in the current release. Scheduled dates, planned placements, or a connected account do not guarantee publication. If publishing capabilities are later enabled, delivery may depend on account permissions, content eligibility, platform APIs, network availability, and other third-party conditions. You remain responsible for checking content and platform requirements.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Grid 30 unlawfully, to infringe another person’s rights, or to distribute content you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not attempt to bypass Calendar isolation, access controls, or security measures, or interfere with the service or its providers.
  • Do not misuse connected accounts, platform APIs, invitations, or other users’ information.

Availability and third parties

Grid 30 may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or successful delivery of scheduled content. Supabase, Vercel, Meta, and other third parties operate services and APIs subject to their own terms, availability, and changes; KR38 Creative LLC does not control those services.

Intellectual property

Grid 30’s name, visual identity, software, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to KR38 Creative LLC, except for third-party materials and user content. These terms do not grant rights to use Grid 30 branding beyond ordinary use of the service without permission.

Suspension, termination, and disclaimers

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, connected platforms, or legal rights, or where these terms are violated. You may stop using Grid 30 at any time and may request account deletion through the contact below.

Grid 30 is provided as available and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties not expressly stated here. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KR38 Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption, third-party platform decisions, or failed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
