GRID 30 / PRIVACY

Privacy, by design.

This notice describes information processed by Grid 30, a product presented and operated by KR38 Creative LLC, when you use its planning and review tools.

Information you provide

When you create an account, Grid 30 and its authentication provider process account details such as your email address, sign-in credentials or identity-provider information, and basic profile information you choose to provide.

Grid 30 stores the Calendar content you create or are authorized to work with. This can include captions, internal notes, tags, schedules, locations, review decisions and comments, team membership, and invitation email addresses. Internal notes are operational content and are not intended for public social captions.

When you upload media, Grid 30 processes the original files and related information you provide, such as filenames, alt text, ordering, and non-destructive framing preferences.

Connected social accounts

If a Calendar owner or manager connects a supported social account, Grid 30 receives account identifiers, account names, authorization status, and provider credentials or tokens needed for the requested connection features. Application-managed provider credentials are encrypted before storage and are intended for server-side use; they are not shown as ordinary Calendar content.

Grid 30 uses those credentials only to provide requested connected-account features, such as checking authorization health or loading supported live channel content. Facebook and Instagram Feed automatic publishing is not active in the current release; Stories remain planning-only. Grid 30 does not claim that scheduled content will be published unless publishing is explicitly enabled and verified for that feature.

Meta and other platform providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices when you authorize an account or use their services.

Scheduling, review, and delivery information

Grid 30 processes scheduled dates, intended channels and placements, review history, and related workflow state to provide Calendar planning and approval features. Where a delivery feature is activated, the system may also process provider publication identifiers, delivery status, and safe error categories needed to report and retry delivery.

The current release is a planning and review service; automatic publishing is not active. Workflow and publication-status information should not be mistaken for comprehensive social analytics.

Service providers and technical information

Grid 30 uses Supabase for authentication, database, and media storage, and Vercel for application hosting and server-side execution. Meta services are used when users connect supported social accounts. These providers process information as needed to operate the features users request.

Technical request, security, and error information may be processed in application or provider logs to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. Grid 30 does not promise that logs contain no user-related information; avoid placing secrets or sensitive personal information in captions or support messages.

Retention and deletion

Content remains in its Calendar while it is kept in Grid 30. Moving a post to Trash is reversible and does not itself permanently remove the post or its media. Permanent deletion removes the post and its associated application-managed media; if media cleanup needs reconciliation, limited operational cleanup information may remain while the system retries or reconciles that work.

Copies held by service providers, security records, or backups may persist according to their operational processes. Grid 30 does not state a fixed retention period for those copies. Disconnecting a social account stops Grid 30 from using that connection for future requested operations, but does not delete information held by the social platform itself.

Your choices

  • Manage Calendar content, review access, and connected accounts through the controls available in Grid 30.
  • Use Trash and permanent deletion for posts, understanding that permanent deletion cannot be undone.
  • Contact KR38 Creative LLC to ask about account information, correction, or account deletion when a self-service control is not available.

Security

Grid 30 uses access controls and technical measures intended to protect account, Calendar, media, and connection information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in information private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Children and changes

Grid 30 is a work-planning product and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided account information, contact us so we can review the request.

We may update this notice as Grid 30 changes. The current version will be posted on this page; material changes should be reviewed before continued use.
